15-Day Refund Policy
While our 15-day refund policy let’s you learn risk-free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud. We also need to give them a reasonable payment schedule. As payments are sent to instructors after 15 days, we can only process refunds in this refund window.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests.
Some reasons for denied refunds:
In cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A large part of the course was already consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund request.
- A student requests for multiple refunds for the same course.
- Excessive refunds requested by a student.
- Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
